Job Summary: The Associate Accountant brings strong financial acumen and excellent customer service skills to join our Group Accounting team. The Associate Accountant
will work on daily accounting activities, provide expertise in your field and continuously learn from all the different teams you will work with. You will record supplier invoices and reconciliation of supplier statements, and play a key role in assisting financial and KPI reporting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales / Collections / rents and Reporting
Cash and credit card reconciliation
Other tenders’ reconciliation
Statement of Financial Position monitoring for bank and tender accounts.
Auditing and control
Treasury / Fixed Assets and Payments
Data entry, Book keeping and Audit
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
One to two years’ experience
ICAEW, ACCA, ICAS, ICAI, ICAP, CMA, CPA
Previous experience in an Audit/ Accounting firm.
A firm grasp of basic and intermediate accounting principles.
The ability to perform elementary mathematical operations.
Willingness to meet deadlines on a consistent basis.
Be comfortable handling and storing confidential financial information.
