Job Summary: The Brand Marketing Executive – Level will assist the Brand Marketing Manager in the organisation, production and creation of all marketing content for the Level brand (Shoes and Kids) across social media, online and other campaigns. Managing daily tasks and production shoots and rolling out the brand strategy to meet business objectives. Your work will have a direct impact on ensuring the correct implementation of brand strategies and projects in the region
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be working in an extremely creative environment, where innovative ideas and strategies are encouraged.
You will work closely with other marketing teams, communications and PR, customer experience.
You will support the marketing team on the preparation of the marketing presentations
You will compile trend and competitor research reports on a seasonal and project basis
You will support with print, outdoor and digital media planning and the creation of annual visual media plans
You will manage the magazine archive
You will support with creative brand strategies and projects
You will coordinate and support in organizing seasonal campaigns and manage sample inventories
You will organize regional photoshoots and production whilst supporting with creative direction
You will coordinate with creative agencies to develop the communication tools.
You will compile the brand marketing and photoshoot calendar
You will work closely with marketing vendors (printers etc), alongside Graphic Designers
You will support with the brand marketing budget and invoicing
You will coordinate and support with the seasonal gifting program
You will use marketing KPIS to measure brand and marketing activities
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Two years’ experience in a marketing or editorial and content creation role, preferably with a luxury or fashion retailer
Strong knowledge in luxury fashion and be passionate about working hard to achieve deadlines.
Understand the Luxury market and have a keen interest
Regional experience, ideally based in Dubai
Marketing experience with global luxury brands, publishing or editorial, B to B, brand development
Great organisation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
Have high energy levels and thrive off juggling multiple projects
A driving license and car
A proactive mindset, willing to go above and beyond to create dynamic and exciting content.
