Job Summary:  The Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the inbound and outbound movement of goods are executed smoothly, quickly, and accurately.

Additionally this role will be responsible for uploading and monitoring the data in the Coffee Centre’s warehouse management system (WMS), and assisting with various administrative tasks within the warehouse.  Additionally this role will be responsible for uploading and monitoring the data in the Coffee Centre’s warehouse management system (WMS), and assisting with various administrative tasks within the warehouse. The Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the inbound and outbound movement of goods are executed smoothly, quickly, and accurately. Additionally this role will be responsible for uploading and monitoring the data in the Coffee Centre’s warehouse management system (WMS), and assisting with various administrative tasks within the warehouse.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing the data interface with the WMS system.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor and other members of the team with administrative tasks as required
• Coordinate, plan, and execute the logistics inbound and outbound, for DMCC Coffee Centre customers
• Working with the Warehouse Supervisor and Tally Clerk, ensure that all inbound goods are scheduled and received as expected

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Experience in warehouse operations, record keeping and customer complaints
• Experience in logistics / freight forwarding / shipping of food and beverage goods in Dubai
• Dubai Municipality food system: barcode and label registration, FIRS, and inspection regimes.
• Dubai Customs procedures for import and export
