Recruitment / Induction -Orientation / Visa processing :
Manage the development and implementation of staffing strategies to ensure effective recruitment, screening, selection and retention of qualified employees, using practices that are consistent with company policies.
Develop staffing plans with managers to develop employees, manage talent, and ensure succession planning.
Conduct interviews, recommend candidates and consult with hiring mangers either directly or through subordinates.
Coordinate contract negotiation and contract management and employee mobility of junior managers/non-managers.
Ensure all staff inductions are completed including on boarding, residence visa applications, and Emirates ID cards.
Ensure hiring practices are in accordance with internal controls and policies while flexible enough to support market pressures and variation.
Track key data trends and recommend corrective actions.
HR Service delivery :
Deliver efficient and effective HR and transactional matters including any type of requests from employees.
Payroll processing, OT Processing , Leave & comp off payout, employee exits and on boarding.
Policy review and recommendations.
Resolve HR matters at the lowest level possible before escalating it to the HR Manager
Review and act upon HR reports as required
Provide general advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and staff.
Provide confidential counseling and advice to staff.
To develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods.
To achieve KPIs for retention of employees and improved engagement.
To send out annual Employee Surveys to all employees and to collate responses and develop an action plan for improvement.
To work with the HR Manager & Business Managers to improve the overall employee experience.
Using innovative techniques like contests, engage the current workforce in selling/promoting the company’s culture, mission and values.
HRMS (Workday management) :
Ensure workday data accuracy.
Drive manager self service within all the managers.
Regular audits in HRMS function and corrective actions..
HR Projects: Drive HR Projects and support HR Manager in other HR Related activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate should have a Masters Degree in an HR related coupled with more than 3 years’ experience working within a HR function.
It is essential to have specific recruitment and on-boarding experience. Workday or any other HRIS System experience preferred.
Excellent Skills in MS Office and strong analytical skills desirable.
