Job Title:  Customer Service Representative

Business Banking was set up as a separate support vertical to manage all non-individual relationship under Retail Banking Business banking has always ensured that the customers are placed on the right platform so as to provide then with the best product and services possible.


Job Summary:  The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to existing clients with standard information and operating procedures They will also liaise with the Relationship Managers on assisting with the walk in customers


Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and timely information to the customers
  • Continually strive to achieve perfection in documentation and information being relayed to customers

Policies and Procedures: Be well conversant with the policies and procedures of the bank in addition to updating oneself on various developments banking sector

Products and Services Qualitative:

  • Endure complete knowledge on various products and services which are offered primarily by Business Banking and Emirates NBD as a whole Ensure Faster TATs
  • Forward all requests received through emails from RMs and various internal departments
  • Liaise with various internal departments with regards to the approval process and take issues to logical conclusions
  • Checker rights at centres for various processes

Self Development:

  • Strive to achieve results and take initiative for self development
  • Work closely with line managers by diligently identifying key training programs

Problems and Decisions: Liaise with various departments to ensure perfection in documentation and delivery of same to related units

  • Provide customers with information regarding standard process and procedures and tariffs


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • Three years preferably in customer service role
  • Basic Banking Operations
  • Customer Service Behaviors Competencies: Friendly, Courteous, Spontaneous, Team Player, Creative, Self-motivated, Goal-oriented, Tactful
  • Age 20 Nationality
  • UAE National
