Job Summary:  The Project Support Coordinator will be under the leadership of the Project Manager and Lead Project Support Coordinator and in compliance with standards and will be responsible for assisting the project Lead PSC in all document management activities and other project administration tasks as required by the project teams.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Formatting and quality checking project documentation using MS Word and Excel.
  • Distributing correspondence and other non-technical documents.
  • Scanning hard copy documentation.
  • Converting electronic documents from MS Word and Excel into Adobe PDF.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Reception and office management duties as required.
  • Other data input or data management tasks as requested by the project.
  • Assisting in the production of presentations and display boards using PowerPoint or other graphic software.
  • Working with document management systems (Ipas/Aconex).
