About Marsh MENA Graduate Program:

 The Marsh MENA Graduate Program was launched in 2016 where we hired fresh graduates from different American universities in the region. The program is designed to attract and develop the next generation of leaders by offering final-year students and recent graduates the opportunity to join a global organization which is an Industry leader in insurance broking and risk management.

Job Summary:  The program will support, develop, and challenge you while providing the opportunity to grow and contribute. It will give you the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, across locations, an occasion to collaborate within the teams as you increase your knowledge and skills. You will be exposed to a various business units and specialties during the first phase of the program and then you will be assigned to an appropriate role in a specific business area.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

 To be considered for the MENA Graduate program, you will be a final-year student or recent graduate who demonstrates:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong academic grades.
• Sharp judgement and problem solving skills.
• Results-orientation.
• Has enthusiasm for developing a long-term career within the industry or country team
• Ability to work in teams in the spirit of collaboration, engagement and inclusion.
• Is fluent in business English (Arabic language an advantage)
• Enthusiastic team player, who enjoys challenges and interested in a career in insurance broking and risk management
