Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • Eight years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in capturing, eliciting, analyzing, estimating and communicating requirements in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Domain.
  • Documenting User Journeys, Business Processes and functional/non-functional requirements
  • Provide strategy analysis in terms of identifying the business need, defining the business problem, analyzing business change or identifying new opportunities they may have in future to enhance their business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record in Business Process Modelling in support of Integration Project. IIB/IBM BPM skills would be good to have.
  • Documentation of business requirements. Examples of documentation include business requirement specifications (BRS), workflow diagrams, context diagrams, use journeys, use cases, and user stories.
  • Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
  • Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions being made
  • Ability to communicate the benefits of the recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
  • Come up with a business case and how the requirements can help increase shareholder value
  • Ability to use a variety of software tools for managing requirements, creating diagrams and written documents to communicate with a variety of stakeholders; both technical and non-technical.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Must be able to work and prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment while coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated; demonstrates flexibility, high energy, desire to win and a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
