Looking A Front Desk Supervisor for supervises the activities manages at front desk, including check-in/check-out, Guest requests, concierge services and promotion of in-house activities. Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Front Desk functions.
Responsibilities & Requirement
**Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. **Ensure your shift team have an current knowledge of services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events. **Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: **Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work. **Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard. **Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program. **Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely. **Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on Guest service.
**Looking for same role minimum experience. **Excellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills. **Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities. **Study on management certificate/diploma or degree.
