The Project Coordinator will serve mainly assisting the Project Supervisor and Manager in compliance to the clients’ demands. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules and prioritizing deliverable for the company to ensure tactics are delivered on time.
– Breaks projects into doable actions and sets timeframes – Assigns tasks to internal teams and assists with schedule management – Provides regular status reports for weekly project meetings and reviews – Asses and raises any deliverability issues/concerns – Works with internal team to prioritize tactics to ensure all deliverables remain accurate and on deadline – Maintains thorough knowledge of where each job stands in the development process, updating status reports and project timelines where necessary – Acts as main point of contact and communicates project status
Skills and Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in line to Business/IT Courses – 2-3 years in-depth experience in related field – Strong project management abilities – Organization and creative thinking skills – Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines while under pressure – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities – Strong attention to detail – Proficiency in Excel / Word – Experience with project management tools- – PMP certification a plus
