Manage a large book of business and provide recruiting solutions to staffing/placement and executive search firms nationally. Responsibilities included retaining existing clients, as well as developed a solid pipeline of customers through prospecting, networking and referrals and cold calling- 100 calls/day, 30 demos/week – resulting in 11 new clients/month. Provided a customized solution to align with their recruiting/staffing needs. As well as helped become a strategic partner to help them with their business as it was growing. Prospected for new clients, scheduled phone meetings with CEO’s, HR directors and Managers and provide them demonstrations of our products and services. Consistently above my monthly and quarterly goals and increasing customers spend annually Received certificate of recognition for being 100% above quarterly goals Q1 and Q2 of 2019 from Sales Head.
