Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The applicant must have highly effective communication skills and possess good telephone etiquette Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in Internet, E-mail, MS-Word and MS-Excel Ability to do multiple tasks Possess a pleasant personality / Customer centric approach
